👤 Role Overview: Operations Executive
As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring everything from client communication to tour execution runs like clockwork. This is a multi-functional role that demands high-level coordination, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
You’ll be the central point of contact for clients, vendors, tour guides, and internal departments, orchestrating seamless itineraries and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for travelers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tour operations, including pick-ups, drop-offs, and transportation logistics.

Handle end-to-end client communication from inquiry to booking and post-tour feedback.

Prepare, update, and share tour itineraries and schedules with clients and internal teams.

Liaise with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and guides to ensure timely and quality services.
