Job Title: Category Specialist & Procurement Specialist – Meat Division (Non-Halal)
We are currently looking for experienced professionals responsible for:
Sourcing and purchasing non-halal meat products
Ensuring on-time procurement and supply continuity
Maintaining optimal inventory levels
Achieving cost-effective purchasing strategies
Managing vendor relationships and international suppliers
Monitoring compliance with UAE food import regulations

Eligibility Criteria & Professional Requirements
We seek professionals who possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2 to 4 years of procurement experience in the Meat Industry or FMCG sector
Proven expertise in international sourcing
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems
Advanced communication and documentation abilities
Familiarity with import/export regulations within the UAE
Candidates with experience in frozen meat sourcing, international supplier coordination, or food compliance auditing will be given preference.
