We are hiring a professional and customer-focused Security Guard to ensure a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities
CCTV Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor CCTV systems in real time across clinical and non-clinical areas
Review recorded footage when incidents or queries arise
Identify suspicious behavior, safety risks, or policy violations
Maintain detailed incident logs and escalate concerns promptly to management
Access Control & Visitor Management
Control staff, patient, visitor, vendor, and delivery access points
Verify identification, appointments, and access permissions

Territory and Perimeter Control
Conduct scheduled patrols inside and outside the facility
Secure emergency exits, doors, and sensitive operational areas

This role is essential for accurate stock valuation, disciplined month-end closing, and service costing transparency, directly supporting informed management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accounting – Medical and Consumables
Record purchases of medical supplies, consumables, and materials
Correctly classify transactions:
Inventory vs expense
Consumables vs capital items
Maintain inventory movement records linked to service usage, not resale
Manage stock valuation using FIFO or weighted average methods
Handle inventory write-offs, including expired and damaged stock
Maintain complete documentation for valuation and internal controls
Stock Reconciliation – System vs Physical
