Warehouse Executive – Job Purpose
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring smooth logistics flow between branches. This includes proper material storage and movement, timely local purchasing, effective driver supervision, and coordination of packing, shipping, and export activities.
The role requires a hands-on professional who can balance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, while working under pressure in a fast-paced commercial vehicle environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials across all warehouse locations
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational compliance at all times
Logistics Between Branches
Plan and coordinate timely movement of parts and materials between branches
Monitor vehicle availability and optimize delivery routes for cost and time efficiency
Location Adjustment & Inventory Control
Continuously review and adjust storage locations to maximize space utilization
Improve picking efficiency through accurate bin locations and layout planning
Local Purchasing
Source and procure locally available materials based on operational requirements
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality checks in line with company policies
Drivers Management
Schedule and supervise drivers for inter-branch transfers and customer deliveries
Ensure drivers strictly follow company policies and safety regulations
Packing and Shipping
Oversee packing operations to ensure goods are securely packed and correctly labeled
Arrange and supervise timely shipments to branches, customers, and export destinations
Export Coordination
Prepare all export-related documentation accurately
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to ensure smooth export processes
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience
4 to 6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Prior experience in the commercial vehicles industry is highly preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
Working knowledge of ERP / WMS systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and export documentation
Proven leadership skills to manage drivers and warehouse staff
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
UAE Driving License is an added advantage
