Job Opening: IT Administrator – Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced IT Admin who can support our mission through robust and secure technology systems. If you're an expert in network administration, cybersecurity, system upgrades, and hardware/software maintenance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization

Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
-
Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktop, network, and server-related issues
-
Liaise with external vendors and internal departments for system upgrades and troubleshooting

Handle IT inventory management and procurement

Monitor system performance, usage, and capacity planning
-
Enforce cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular audits
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software
-
Experience with Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, routers, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity tools

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
-
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
