We are hiring a highly experienced Storekeeper to manage and control material flow across operations. This role demands precision, accountability, and strong system handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against delivery documents
Maintain 100% accurate inventory records across systems and physical stock
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reconciliation
Generate detailed inventory and consumption reports for Operations
Coordinate closely with Operations and Procurement teams
Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and safety compliance
Maintain organized warehouse layouts aligned with operational efficiency
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Storekeeper
Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / Tally systems
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Handle document control, filing systems, and structured data entry
Prepare and manage PR, QCS, PO, invoices, and expense documentation
Coordinate documentation for site submissions, approvals, and audits
Support Accounts functions including AP and AR coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems
Ensure document compliance with internal and external standards
System Advantage
Candidates with experience in SAP, Oracle, or ADNOC systems will have a strong advantage and faster onboarding capability.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in admin or document control roles
