Required Qualifications and Key Skills
All applicants must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for these exciting roles at Concordia:
✔ Minimum Experience: 2–3 Years in Facility Management
Applicants must have at least 2–3 years of proven experience working within FM operations, ideally in the UAE or GCC region. Experience should include working in residential or commercial towers, dealing with everyday maintenance and technical issues in line with building management standards.
✔ Educational Qualification
A valid ITI certification or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade is mandatory. Candidates must be technically sound and able to carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks independently.
