Applicants must have:
- A degree with 5–7 years of retail store experience in a supermarket/hypermarket environment in the GCC.
- At least 4 years of experience as a supervisor or in a higher role.

2. Section Supervisor (Age 25–36)
Applicants should have completed Plus-Two with a minimum of 4–6 years of reputed supermarket/hypermarket experience, of which 2 years must be as a Section Supervisor in GCC.
